Design doc §13 OQ1: apply the proposed ## Info key-value table layout (dob, passport_number/expiry, driving_license_number/expiry, shoe_size, clothing_size, …) to the four family members' real canonical Outline notes, once the layout is signed off.

Depends on #25 (the ## Info table parser), which anchors on a ## Info H2 heading and ships with nothing real to parse until this is done. This issue is the actual (careful, non-destructive) content restructuring of the notes in Outline — not a code change.
