Add a typed OutlineRepository wrapping OutlineApi: getDocument/createDocument/appendToDocument/replaceDocument/searchDocuments/listDocuments/listCollections over domain-shaped models, plus the missing documents.list endpoint and an editMode-based DocumentUpdateRequest. Later issues (#24 template fetch, #26 sync engine, #38 stream reconstruction) build on this instead of raw Retrofit/DTO calls.
