Adds the Log tab's template button grid (#31): a 2-column grid of accent-tinted template cards built from installed/parsed templates, with tap opening a stub entry sheet pending #33.

Adds the entry sheet shell (#33): header with back chip + emoji/title, scrollable field body ending in the autosave hint, and a Cancel + Publish footer, backed by a new EntrySheetViewModel that loads a tapped template's cached fields. Also fixes a dropped field label between the template parser and its persisted cache row, and adds the border-soft dividers the prototype specifies for sheet chrome (benefiting the Person Info sheet too).
